All drivers are mounted in a closed cabinet made of the latest generation of the company's patented TIRALIT material. Børresen uses drivers with iron-free magnet systems in all its loudspeakers, with an inductance that is approximately ten times lower than that of conventional drivers. This exceptionally low inductance has now been reduced even further to an unprecedented level, i.e. approximately twelve times lower than that of conventional iron-core drivers. The RP94 ribbon planar tweeter used in the Børresen M2 loudspeakers has the extremely low mass moving membrane (0.01 grams).
