The five-channel KRELL Chorus 5200 amplifier, using the new Krell iBias technology, ensures the operation of output amplification stages in pure class A at any output power, but with efficiency close to classes G and H. Class A differs from AB in the absence of switching distortion and, as a result, higher-quality sound.
The amplifier uses XD technology (lowering the output impedance for better control of speakers and more accurate music playback) and iBias technology (which allows you to combine Class A sound qualities with the dynamics of classic Krell amplifiers, as well as the efficiency and low power consumption of Class G and H amplifiers).
The KRELL KSA-i400 is capable of developing 400 watts when operating on a load with a nominal resistance of 8 ohms. For a 4 ohm load, the maximum power is doubled, and for a 2 ohm load, the amplifier is ready to reach 1.6 kW. When the load resistance drops to 1 ohm, the KRELL KSA-i400 is capable of delivering a peak current of up to 62 amperes. The amplifier implements the most advanced patented technologies of Krell iBias, XD and Sum-Max.
A high power iBias technology stereo power amplifier DUO 300 XD offers Class A sound quality while maintaining efficiency. Advanced cooling system guarantees flexibility of use.
