Stereo power amplifier for home theater Parasound Model 275v.2, which is the most compact member of the NewClassic family of High-end home theater products. Each of the two channels of the low-temperature power amplifier can output 90 watts at 8 ohms, 150 watts at 4 ohms, 150 at 2 ohms and 200 watts in mono mode with a bridge connection at 4 or 8 ohms.
The Parasound Model 2125 AB-class amplifier stage uses complementary Sunken transistors, and the power supply has a toroidal transformer. Like all New Classic series power amplifiers, with the exception of the junior unit number 275, the Model 2125 is certified according to the Ultra THX 2 standard and is capable of holding a maximum current of up to 35 Amperes in each gain channel.
The Parasound 2250 is one of the company's most popular dual-channel power amplifiers. The Parasound Halo A23+ model also received a new 1.1 kVA transformer and a set of 54,400 UF capacitors. Now the maximum power of the amplifier in bridge mode reaches 500 watts.
The Parasound Halo A21+ now has a 1.3 kVA toroidal transformer, and the total capacitance of the capacitors in the filter has also increased to 108,000 UF. Due to this, in bridge mode, the new amplifier can output up to 1000 watts to a 4 Ohm load.
