The “Hybrid Passive Attenuator” preamplifier ensures high-quality impedance matching of the connected components. With an input impedance of 47 kOhm, the output is 250 Ohm. The basis of the audio path is a balanced transformer with a pair of separate windings - it provides a 3-step gain switching (-10, 0, +6 dB).
