The 7.1-channel Arcam AVR21 from the updated proprietary AV receiver line supports the Dolby Atmos format in a 5.1.2-channel configuration. To expand to the 7.1.4 configuration, it is recommended to supplement the system with a 4-channel terminal or a pair of 2-channel power supplies. The model works with all major codecs, including DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD, DTS:X and IMAX Enhanced.
The Arcam AVR 11 receiver supports the Dolby Atmos three-dimensional sound format (configuration 5.1.2). To use the extended 7.1.4-channel configuration, the system must be supplemented with a 4-channel power supply or two stereo terminals. It is possible to work with the DTS:X 3D sound format, which will be available after the software update.
