The Grado Signature S950 earcups are made from Brazilian walnut, rather than aluminum in the HP100 SE, making for a lighter design, weighing in at 395 grams. GThe wood is resistant to environmental changes, which helps ensure consistent acoustics. Each pair of earphones is individually crafted, and no two pairs have the same wood grain.
