The high-frequency range of this model is assigned to a new tweeter with a soft dome with a diameter of 25 mm. The same radiator works in the flagship model of the Heritage Dovedale series. The tweeter is equipped with a ferrite, rather than a more modern neodymium magnetic system, which, according to the developers, made it possible to soften the high frequencies. The radiator is enclosed in an isolated chamber, which helps to reduce the resonant frequency of the driver below the frequency of separation (4.6 kHz) set by the crossover, to ensure a more natural and smooth transition between the dynamic heads.

More components

  • SUPER LINTON

    Bookshelf Speakers

    Wharfedale SUPER LINTON

The Wharfedale Super Linton speakers are encased in a slightly taller housing filled with special materials to reduce resonance. The low-frequency driver with a 20 cm diameter Kevlar diffuser is equipped with a more powerful magnetic system that provides a bass response of up to 32 Hz and adds depth to low frequencies.

  • LINTON Heritage

    Bookshelf Speakers

    Wharfedale LINTON Heritage

According to the manufacturer, the new LINTON Heritage has retained the key features of the line and in this sense is a direct continuation of its kind. At the same time, using the latest engineering achievements, Wharfedale has managed to significantly modernize both the appearance of acoustics and their "stuffing".

  • Denton 85

    Bookshelf Speakers

    Wharfedale Denton 85

The Wharfedale Denton 85th Anniversary monitors are designed in a two-lane concept. The high-frequency range is assigned to an inch-long tweeter with a soft dome covered with a non-removable metal mesh. The rest of the range is serviced by a dynamic head with a 165 mm diameter cone-shaped diffuser made of Kevlar on a rubber suspension.

  • DENTON 80

    Bookshelf Speakers

    Wharfedale DENTON 80

The advantages of this model are the omnivorous genres, a pleasant warm melodic sound, a good frequency range, including a fairly deep bass, a fairly tangible stage, and an interesting design.

  • ASTON

    Bookshelf Speakers

    Wharfedale ASTON

The Aston model is a two—lane rack-mounted speaker that can be compared in design to the Wharfedale Denton, but the developers themselves call them a smaller version of the Linton. The novelty features medium-low frequency diffusers made of Kevlar composite. In accordance with the classic concept, Aston has two phase inverter ports and a soft dome tweeter.
