    A 21-centimeter driver with a diffuser made of Grave Polyflex polymer is installed on the front panel of the Focal Sub Air. With a relatively small body volume, it is able to efficiently (-3 dB) reproduce bass from 42 Hz due to the presence of a bass reflex.

    The subwoofer received a 30-cm speaker and a built-in class D power amplifier, which is capable of producing 600 watts of output, capable of filling an even larger room with high-quality sound.

    The Focal Sopra Subwoofer SW 1000 Be Active subwoofer is a version of the well-known Electra Be model, optimized to work in conjunction with Sopra series speakers. The Focal Sopra Subwoofer SW 1000 Be uses a 330 mm driver with a multilayer cone diffuser manufactured using proprietary “W” technology.
