The Monitor Audio Radius 390 subwoofer is equipped with a low-frequency amplifier that works in conjunction with a passive radiator to enhance the punch of the bass section. Both speakers, built into the case, provide clear and surround music sound in medium and large rooms. Lightweight speaker membranes provide 220 watt diffusers. This installation can easily "pump" any type of acoustics.

A proprietary 32-bit DSP with an ARC automatic calibration system is used to control the sound of the subwoofer.
