Davis Acoustics Krypton 6 is a set of technologies in a compact package. The 3-way floorstanding loudspeaker system with a rectangular front-mounted bass reflex is ideal for rooms with an area of 15 to 30 m2. Courbet No. 5 is the smallest model in the new Courbet line. It is equipped with three speakers with a diameter of 13 cm, the case width is 16 cm, but regardless of size, they provide a full sound pressure level.

The bass band is voiced by a 6.5-inch (17 cm) driver with a carbon fiber diffuser. This material has high rigidity with low weight, and the woven structure has good damping properties. This means that the speaker is able to sound with minimal distortion, without coloring the sound. It operates in a phase-invertor design and has a linear response in the range of 40-400 Hz.

This speaker uses the same speakers as the FOCUS SE. For HF and MF/The HF provides a dual system of ribbon tweeters, the Dual Air Motion Tweeter System.
