FiiO has released new wired headphones FiiO FT13 - the model sports cups made of mahogany brought from South America. The wood undergoes an aging process for 90 days, and then is carefully processed, sanded and polished. With a low resistance of 32 ohms, FiiO FT13 can be used with tablets and smartphones without external amplifiers.

The heart of the FiiO FT13 is a wide-range dynamic driver with a diameter of 60 mm with a composite diffuser made of wood fiber and wool. The diffuser design is reinforced with carbon fiber, and the W-shape of the membrane is designed to increase the radiating surface and reduce distortion. The frequency range of the headphones lies from 7 Hz to 40 kHz, and the sensitivity is 113 dB.

The FiiO FT13 full-size headphones not only use the insulating properties of the wooden housing, but are also equipped with passive noise cancellation. The design includes a special resonance chamber, a layer of sound-absorbing cotton and a U-shaped damping tube. This reduces the level of external noise to 26 dB.

The cable included with the headphones is made of silver-plated monocrystalline copper and comes with four interchangeable audio connectors (mini 3.5 mm jack, jack 6.35 mm, balanced Pentaconn 4.4 mm and balanced 4-pin XLR).
