In the “golden age” of audio, turntables with automatic mechanisms, when the user only had to put the record on and press a button, the automation did the rest, became the standard. During the vinyl renaissance of the 21st century, attention was focused on sound quality – so automatic mechanisms fell by the wayside. However, now we are seeing the response of automatic turntables at a new level of sound quality – and one of them, the just presented Pro-Ject AUTOMAT A1.2.

Pro-Ject has released the Pro-Ject DAC Box RS Final Edition digital-to-analog converter – the new product features a pair of audiophile Diamond ECC88 tubes. All circuit elements of the Pro-Ject Audio DAC Box RS Final Edition have undergone a special selection, and the internal wiring has also been upgraded. The DAC output stage is implemented in a balanced circuit, while the tube circuit can be either connected or disconnected using a button on the front panel.

Pro-Ject has introduced a compact stereo power amplifier Pro-Ject Amp Box RS2. A distinctive feature of the new product is the use of a pair of vacuum tubes and the ability to switch the model to a bridged mode.

The Austrian company Pro-Ject has expanded its range of acoustics, adding two slender floor-standing speakers to the lineup - Pro-Ject Speaker Box 10 E Carbon and 12 E Carbon.

The Pro-Ject presented a new vinyl turntable, PRO S Balanced. The body of the Pro-Ject Debut PRO S Balanced turntable is made of MDF and has hand-painting in eight layers. The turntable features a belt drive with an aluminum subplatter, which is designed to guarantee increased speed accuracy. The main platter is also made of aluminum - first using a die-casting process and then with the highest precision using a CNC machine.
